SINGLE

THE BLACK SHEEP

In the heart of Philadelphia’s Newbold neighborhood, sits this newly renovated single family row house. Named the Black Sheep for its dark exterior envelope and its comprehensive approach to combating climate change makes it like none other on the block. The Black Sheep is the first project derived from the SINGLE prototype.

DUPLEX

THE MEND

The Mend is composed of four duplexes that infuse nature into the architecture creating a tranquil atmosphere enhancing the user experience. This tactic also creates ecosystems for local plant and animal life. Each unit comes with a private outdoor space with a garden. The offset common porches create a social realm activating street life. The Mend is the first project derived from the DUPLEX prototype.

MULTI

THE CATALYST

In an urbanizing world, having amenities in close proximity to residences promotes local businesses and a sense of community. This tactic reduces the need for a car and creates walkable cities that were meant to be experienced at the human scale. The Catalyst will support local businesses at the ground level activating the street while the 12 dwelling units above make it an opportunists dream. The Catalyst is the first project derived from the MULTI prototype.
