We design, build, and rent multifamily properties. For each property we create an LLC. Your investment is equal to a percentage of ownership (Class A Interest) of the property LLC.

OUR ROLE

We find and acquire the property, design the architecture, manage the construction, handle all marketing and tenant leasing, and when the time is right, sell the property.

YOUR ROLE

invest capital and receive an ownership stake (Class A Interest) in the property. Receive monthly returns while the property is leased. When it sells, cash out on your equity.

ANALYSIS & FEASIBILITY

We do our due diligence by researching and analyzing the site to uncover potential issues as well as verify zoning, programming requirements, unit count and mix, etc.

STEP 3

PRO FORMA & PROPOSAL

Based on our analysis we will prepare a thoughtful and thorough pro forma and investment proposal.

STEP 4

FINANCING &  AQUISITION

We will secure financing from our trusted lenders and close on the property.

STEP 5

ARCHITECTURE

During the design process, we will produce all required drawings and submit all applications to obtain the zoning and building permits.

STEP 6

CONSTRUCTION

During construction, we will coordinate with the general contractor to ensure that the building is built as per our design and on budget. We will make routine site visits and document the process.

STEP 7

MARKETING

During construction, our design team will prepare presale marketing materials and coordinate with realtors. This allows us to sell or rent the property as soon as it is complete.

STEP 8

STABILIZATION

After construction is complete, we will refinance into a long term perm loan and rent out the units or stage and sell it.
