Amani Hardy-Williams

Amani is an Investment Sales Agent at AVLV, where she bridges the gap between traditional real estate and real estate development. She focuses on identifying and evaluating underutilized properties that align with the firm’s design-driven investment strategy, playing a key role in sourcing and analyzing opportunities that range from value-add projects to new infill development sites across single and multifamily asset types. 

With a strong foundation in psychology and a growing passion for design, Amani brings a people-centered and design-conscious perspective to investment sales. Since earning her B.S. in Psychology in 2019 and her real estate license in 2022, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, combining market insight, design sensibility, and an understanding of human behavior to guide acquisitions, sales, and investment strategies. She also holds a Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from eCornell University, enhancing her expertise in leadership, strategy, and business development within real estate. 

Driven by her passion for thoughtful design and community impact, Amani aspires to become a real estate developer, deepening her expertise in design, psychology, and investment within AVLV’s integrated real estate platform. Her long-term goal is to lead projects that shape communities while creating inspiring, livable spaces.
