We use durable exterior materials such as brick and fiber cement that can withstand the harshest environments. These materials have very long life spans and are highly customizable to ensure that every exterior envelope is unique.
Our building envelopes are super insulated, air tight, and water tight. These features save energy and extend the building's life by preventing water damage and mold, let alone the costs associated with these repairs.
We use Low E windows that are sized and placed strategically to maximize natural daylighting. This strategy allows for well lit spaces and reduces the need of electrical lighting.
