Casey Bedard

Casey is an Investment Sales Agent on AVLV’s Developer Track, where she identifies and evaluates development opportunities that align with the firm’s investment strategy. She plays a pivotal role in expanding AVLV’s deal pipeline, sourcing opportunities that span raw land, underutilized sites, and value-add projects across single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use asset types. 

Her extensive experience as a project manager at leading construction firms, including Grit Construction, spans more than six years of proven success. Her strong attention to detail and highly organized approach consistently drive projects to completion on time and within budget. With extensive field experience, she brings a deep understanding of trade scopes, sequencing, and team capabilities, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth execution. Casey’s professionalism, clear communication, and motivated work ethic have supported successful single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use ground-up developments, complex renovation projects, and lasting client relationships. 

Casey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from West Chester University and went on to receive a Master’s in Real Estate Development and Construction Management from the University of Arizona, combining a strong foundation in education with advanced expertise in real estate and construction. Her expertise and experience make her an excellent candidate for AVLV’s Developer Track, a program designed to transition talented agents into full-scale real estate developers within the firm.
