Jack is the Director of Finance & Acquisitions at AVLV. From the financial perspective, he leads the planning, strategy, implementation, and management of all financial activities including: budgeting, forecasting, capital sourcing, and capital placement. From the acquisitions perspective, he leads and oversees the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of the purchase of real estate assets to meet investment goals.
Jack is an alternative finance professional with fluency in capital markets, acquisitions, development, private equity, and debt / equity relationships as they pertain to commercial real estate. The bulk of his expertise lies within the capital placement and execution of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and specialty real estate assets. Transactional experience includes ~$2.5 billion in deals underwritten and ~$700 million in deals executed.
Education includes a BSc in Finance and Economics from Fordham University and a MSc Certification from New York University.
He’s been featured in New York Weekly, New York Build, and was selected to Top 100 Innovators and Entrepreneurs Magazine (2023).
