Ivy Commons is a sustainable architecture and development project. It features 14 residential units, 1 commercial space, and parking. The project includes a range of sustainable features, such as private balconies, shared intensive green roof with rain gardens, solar pergola, geothermal heating and cooling, electric car charging, and a shared fitness area.

The green roof not only adds to the building’s aesthetics but also absorbs CO2, produces oxygen, improves air quality, reduces the heat island effect, and naturally absorbs rainwater preventing runoff. The use of geothermal energy for heating and cooling, along with the solar pergola, generates all the energy the building needs.
